Phew I think the last bunch of posts gave me cancer.
A quality of life Fix for Monk would be good, but as has been illustrated several times its damage is just fine and the biggest (only?) reason that it is shunned if at all is because piercing is too good for ranged, particularly DOUBLE ranged.
BLM on the other hand could use both QoL and actual buffs, because..... yeah.
