I agree with Form Shift not being necessary anymore, it was such a hassle to spam it 3 times before every pull. Just how impractical it is to use it in random PUBs as well where you had to "predict" the pulls so you are in Coeurl Form. Now that you can safely keep GL up while still using ToD right after being fully buffed, I see no reason to do it.
Oh and the PB delay? Just walk with the tank. Not to mention the difference in DPS if you choose to ST first and then PB is negligible.
Its not 1 snap punch thats getting buffed its every thing before that as well. The DM would be getting 1 stack, the next sp would be getting 2 stacks and the next sp would get 3 stacks, so you have to account for that when you go snap into PB vs starting PB and starting from scratch.

Whether you open with form shift or not, your first 3 attacks will have the same damage modifier. PB doesn't effect your damage modifier at all. Demo > Snap > Snap is Demo > Snap > Snap no matter if the first one is under the effect of Perfect balance or not.
This is the only rotation that gets fracture in it buffed ,if you do pb-sp-sp-dm you don't get a fracture, also you are only clipping demo by 3-4 seconds in the one I posted. That's why I said, if you form shift you get a snap punch, if you don't you get a fracture. Take your pick.
The only difference between opening with PB or FS is that with FS you get another GCD to perform under PB. That's all.
Since with the most recent changes you now have plenty of time to get yourself fully buffed, use ToD asap and still refresh your GL3 safely, why bother with another GCD under PB when you can move on with your normal rotation? You even get a B4B buffed fracture in the end.
I don't see how this rotation beats out on.
Snap > Pb > Snap > Demo > Dragon Kick > Twin > Snap > ToD > Boot > True > Snap > Dragon Kick > Twin > Demo.
You don't clip Demo in here at all, actually it refreshes perfectly. You guys mention Demo clipping if you do Demo on GL2 But I don't see any Demo clipping at all.

(Actually might need to gain a lot more skill speed, or push XPOT and Internal Release back one to do this.)
Well that's because you have a Snap Punch for the first rotation after PB.
Your buffs (IR and BfB) wouldn't be up for that second Demolish unless you delay them.
But you want a fully buffed Demolish in the opener.
That doesn't have a clipping issue. But you're delaying your buffs and oGCDs quite a bit to compensate for it.
