The ONLY time I can get in is either very early in the morning, or very late at night. I've been trying for the last 4 hours and have been getting nothing but that damn 1017. Give me a que to wait in instead of telling me to come back later! Later has been over 4 hrs already and I still can't get in!
We better get credits towards days we can't play because of this. I pay for a service, they won't let me play, yet they continue to take my money. Oh heck no.

Im a new player brought to this game at the referall of a good friend of mine, we have a group of 15 avid gamers from the same area that play games such as LoL, WoW, DotA, Guild Wars 2, and a few other MMO's. three of our group has stuck with this game from 1.0 and, while i tried and couldnt live with all the issues, they convinced me to come back. after reading what had been done in the changes and after such strong recommendations i purchased the collectors edition and am currently in the character creation screen. the thing that bothers me is this: my friends have all created characters on Goblin (NA) but when i attempt to create a character on this realm it not only simply tells you that the world isnt accepting new players, but shunts you off to an available server without even asking, or notifying you that you are being pushed to a different server. as you can see, my "Main Character" is a toon created on such a realm without my notification... why is there no option to select a world and state you're willing to wait until creation is available on this world? why must you just automatically be shunted to an open world? i understand that they are attempting to populate the worlds more, and that most players likely dont care which server they're on, but it seems silly to force me to play an on EU or JP server becuase the one i selected wasnt available. ive been trying for a little more than 5 hours, ever since i got off work, to create a character on my friends server, and i feel it is getting a little rediculous. i ALSO feel its a bit rediculous that there isnt an easy option to inquire about when one can expect a realm to be reopened, or any real statements about the "Creation Lockouts." what happened to SE's awesome customer support?!

Can I unsign? or sign against this petition? I don't understand. This week, I've been able to play on any server. Tonight it literally took me under 5 tries to get on Excalibur. yesterday it took me 15 minutes to get into Hyperion. Monday it took me 30 minutes of trying to get on hyperion, but gave up and went to Ultima with no errors at all (got right in). If playing this game means so much to you and you're bitching about not being able to play a game you paid for. go to a JP server. You'll get to play. Sure its not where you want. But don't come here complaining that you cant play. You CAN play, just not where you want at the moment. if playing on your server is that important then keep spamming. I certainly have never spammed for "HOURS". But maybe I'm just too old to give a shit so I'll play on a JP server so I can play.
So yeah, I do not endorse this petition - leave things as they are. I'd rather fight for 10 minutes to get on my preferred server than open everything up and have the server crashing or become congested. -

I'd definitely sign. It's my only day off and I can't play. Unlike the person AthelReiki who made the awkward post of "unsigning" something they never signed in the first place, I don't want to start a new character by switching servers every time I want to play. I've already done these quests before and I don't want to waste my day off doing them over again to attain the same level I was already at on a different server... Please put a queue system back in place! I don't care if it says "you are the 302 player in line" I just want to be able to see what my wait time is instead of guessing and wasting my precious day off.

The queue did open up to allow more people during EA which also caused the servers to crash - so they limited the number in the queue to prevent this from happening.
