another housing complaint thread

@sesera (and other house hunters), if there are multiple available houses in your server, why not just stay at one plot for 15 to 30 mins then warp to another and then back again where you 1st started to cover more ground. Anyways, its a random timer and you also have to consider those who are relocating. You can use aetherite tickets so you don't have to pay the warping fee.

zero housing plots available

one month before 5.0

If there is zero housing now, there will be zero housing when all the new/returning players come back. People want this feature. I want a house for my FC. I've been trying to get a small for over 2 months. At this point, I could afford a medium and would prefer that.

Create a system where your employees review housing wards, and when they fill up, add more wards to that particular server.

If you have to add more wards across the entire game, that is very poor and lazy design.

Please review and fix. Thank you from a very loyal customer (I own a copy of FFVII when it came on floppy disks -- I've been playing your games since your "Final Fantasy" on NES [you thought you were going under, yes I know the story])

Please. I just want a house. Who cares if you have desolation on some low pop servers. What about the high pop servers that want housing? You should be thinking of them... more players = more income for you = happy customers = win/win.

if it makes you feel any better, my real house got hit by a tornado the day after my first chemo, while I was house hunting in game.

Stop pulling the victim card in the forums. It's not garnering you any sympathy when you go full blown drama mode. It's not up to SE to make you a happy person in life.

You not instantly getting what you want doesn't mean the dev team doesn't care. They do care. They've shown it time and time again. But they can't address all player concerns instantly. Things take time and resources to develop and implement.

I hope you're back in a real home sooner than you're expecting and that your treatment goes well but do yourself a favor. Stop getting upset over this game. Raging over a game when you've got more serious real life issues to deal with is additional stress that's going to make it harder for you to recover. Walk away from the game if you can't control yourself.

Not saying names but I know a few FCs that own multiple homes I’m talking like the 1/2 fcs like not actual FCs.

That sucks and I hope your IRL stuff gets sorted. Here's a possible solution for your in game housing problem. It looks like you're on Crystal datacenter, there were hundreds of available houses on Goblin & Brynhildr when I was on my alt. I eventually moved that toon before the free server transfers ended, but I believe Goblin still has plenty. There were mediums back then as well, even in Shirogane. You can check the housing situation on the other centers through world visit system. You don't have to click spam placards, and you can still go back and play on Mateus as wanderer while having a house in game.

This is not how housing should work.

Yeah, I remember in Gilgamesh 30 people would camp one spot then somebody decides to just relocate and people had to go find the new house plot. I made friends with campers before I left the server, and only 1 out of the many people I met got lucky enough with the RNG. It's so many people wanting houses on Aether and Primal.

Anyone know the exact demo date for housing? Seems available plots have dried up but there should be a lot going demo when that date hits. I believe I read the 7th but am not sure.
