i honestly didn't know this was an issue. I don't mean to troll...just me but i can have all my classes on one character.
I understand difference races...but i would assume you would probably have a few extra characters for the different races. I never knew there was a group of people who needed more slots open.

Having alts prevents people from joining servers. Think of the 2 people who cant get on Tonberry server because I have 2 alts that I never use, just sitting there for no reason. Same with the Gilgamesh server.

So you having 2 alts won't stop 2 people creating a character as you're only logged in on one at a time.

That's why low traffic periods when few people are logged in are the easiest times to make new characters. Additional alts you're not logged in with at the moment have nothing to do with it.Quote:
