Then if that's the case, you might offer 10 for 100% repair, or 20 for 200% repair. Thing is that it would be the same, only a time factor would change and at the end having two weapons would be the same thing.
We don't need this anyway, so it's a choice from the Dev team to take this into consideration or not, since solving the repair problem is like solving the car fuel problem.
