How about every time you jump you have a chance to break your leg so you gotta wait for a heal before you can move again..........OR you have a chance to land off balance and impale yourself on a sharp object which causes you to bleed out AND break all of your armor..........even the shit on your retainer............also your anima, for fun!

For excessive bunny jumpers they should make it so that after you've jumped too many times, specifically 666, a pit opens below you and you fall into Hell and Hades tears you limbs apart. Also, he deletes your character from the server.

I'm amazed people care about this so much, STILL.

The whole 'bunny-hopping wow-cities' argument just isn't true, do you honestly imagine them to be cities plagued with people jumping like crazy? That rarely happens at all and is far more effort than most people care to invest in moving from A to B.

Besides, WoW cities are plagued with gigantic dragon mounts and fiery lizards of doom everyone's riding on.

I honestly do not care whether or not we get jump, if it's used for exploration and combat enhancement, awesome, if not, nevermind.

make every jump damage your armor by 75%

I can't wait to start jumping around in ul'dah.

You guys do realize you are just like cranky old people? So far we don't think of MMOs as retirement homes because the playerbase is too young, but you have all just crossed the line. Whatever MMO you lot are playing in a few years will be the retirement home MMO that no young player will want to play. Just join the AARP.

Or you go back to your WoW and let us enjoy out final fantasy. I dont know how you people think jumping will fit in this game. They have to build a very different game to implement what you want. if they implement jump like they are in 'other mmos' then i'm out. And i am not the only one. I was fine with the game from the begin. Implementing content and fixing errors is ok. Changing style of the game NOT.

Apparently Yoshi and friends disagree with you, since they are adding it. Guess you should pack it up since the ability to jump is a game breaker for you, huh?

I know that. But it wasnt a game breaker for anybody without jumping. It makes no sense and its useless.. but nevermind.. only hope you wow guys enjoy this game as long as i would like to. I'm only trying to say that you are definitly not going to like jump in the way ffxiv is. (sry for my ba
