everyone just uses elitist as some dumb catchall and synonym for jerk. Most of this crap is just trolling, immature people. Leaving a duty roulette 3 sec in doesn't show some sign of superiority complex. They just hate that encounter. trolling in st? Trolls in general? Screaming obscenities? You guys can claim that elitist definition is 'the egotistical approach of players who think themselves superior' all you want, but we all see and know that it's really just used as an insult to call someone an a $$hole without the need of a censor. That's how it's used.
