Hey I sent an email to support and I assume we are meant to get an automatic email saying they relieved my ticket after we initially open a support ticket but I haven't received one, I double checked the email I input so I'm sure its correct. Just slightly concerned, do you usually auto send one when we open a ticket or not?

As you can see i bought the collectors but it still hasn't " Auto-updated" and well SE apparently can't be bothered to reply, Live chat or pick up a phone ( sat for 2 1/2 hours and then disconnected )._.
I apologize if this has been asked already, but from what I've ready i should have gotten a registration code with my physical copy and i can't find one anywhere. Could someone please help me? Thanks a lot.
Got a new code for the PS4 version! (note: it didn't go into my 'Primary' in Gmail, it fell under 'Promotions')
It's a shame that this issue even arose, but at least it was sorted before EA ended. Confirmed this code works. Glad this was sorted before Friday.
