As you sai, it's all relevant the 1st time you run it, and to complete the MSQ, you do not need to re-run anything. You don't go back to Cape Westwind 50 times in a day for anything. The entire MSQ is progression, you are progressing through both the story and at the same time leveling one or more jobs/classes.Quote:

You know he meant that the MSQ and everything surrounding it is new for a new player? And that is true. Its more like someone gets his first tablet and everything is completely new for him but those that already had the tablet for months does not find it that exiting anymore. We all can do every job on one character so no veteran player is forced to create alts. Its everyone own decision if they decide to do so. So Veteran players should not really have much problems with gating content behind a expansion..If those want friends to play with them they could go around and unsynch dungeons with them, transport them around to different places for quests and so on..lots of possibility to help.Quote:

All in all this really seems like a cry from people who want to rush alts through the game, Because while i'm not a lore crazy player i still actually paied attention to the story during my very first playthrough, considering when i picked up this game i KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT you don't pick up an action game and then get mad cause there is "to much action". so people starting the game then getting angry cause they can't skip the MSQ seems a little odd.
