I mean, whatever the sheet do is prove the point of the "strike" that casual content is in dire need of help by adding middle ground content between dungeon casualness and savage raiding. Extreme trials are still too tough for many casuals.
I don't participate in the strike, I understand the sentiment but I see no reason to do any protest. Yet my name is there, without my permission. He's using the sheet to log shame in a targeted attack against everyone in that thread, regardless if they agree or disagree with said strike. The same guy also wrote this in his sheet.

Funniest part? Guy complains he's going to get reported by gcbtw.
I would if I was the one who linked the document.
But it has to be said that the only reason he did that was because /r/shitpostxiv mods asked him to do so.
In fact, he was very upset that he needed to make an anonymized version. You can see this in his rants in the anonymized spreadsheet. Keep in mind that he did not change the first version. He made a new spreadsheet just to comply with the subreddit mods. If he was genuinely trying to anonymize the spreadsheet he would not be making a second version while leaving the first version up for everything outside of the subreddit.
Btw you can also find their Reddit post here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ShitpostXIV...e_spreadsheet/
What does it matter if a 'sanitized version' exists if the original doc with all the names is still up and available to be shared?
and even this 'sanitized version' still has enough information to cross reference the OF to identify who's who between character initials and post counts.
Like I said, it's not even log shaming because it doesn't actually take the percentile into account, just whether or not you have 1 recorded clear.
I could literally grief some poor party finder in savage right now, because I couldn't be bothered to actually do any savage since Abyssos, and as long as the boss dies it counts.
Yes, they did this because they can't clear any Ultis on patch, have only grey parses on healers, and cleared zero relevant content before EW (which is why he's only scraping EW data). Your on-patch UCOB clear is worth less (in fact, worth exactly 0 points) than his clear in EW with the scoring method he uses.
This is a pure ego trip for him.

On a completely irrelevant note remember that harassment is reportable with the following link:

The data isn't even accurate since many people use alt characters to post on the forum lol
Joy so not only am I included in this despite neither stating which way of the strike I support in that thread, I have only posted in there a couple of times never giving my stance.
But they are exclusively using Endwalker, the 1st expansion I actively took a complete break from XIV and the raid scene as a whole, on top of using the character I have decided to make it the alt account rather than my main due to other behind the scenes stuff (I didn’t want to transfer this character so I made a brand new one and that new one is now my main). The character that also completed 2 ultimates but that was in ShB so can’t use that despite the job changes that most people in the healerstrike thread are complaining about cane about at start of ShB.
If you were going to do this, it would’ve been better doing SB/ShB and EW and comparing the three expansions and how much of an increase/drop off happened for all the posters.
I also add here I dropped Healers as a whole unless friends needed me in ShB for Dnc because I wanted to play something I found fun, rather than something I would find boring.
Well, the spreadsheet serves to discourage people from participating in the thread, whether you are with or against the strike, to intice fear because that's a very close step to doxxing. Guy made a new spreadsheet and calls it "butthurt edition". Someone even archived the link. Both new and old.
Had the guy started the data without any names then maybe it would've been far more interesting.
You can calculate your own "casual score"

Hope you guys like being log shamed publicly for just participating in a thread.
Honestly that document is the exact reason why Yoshi P and the devs are so against Parsers, the community continuously showing why they shouldn’t budge their stance despite the benefits it would give to players who wouldn’t abuse/harass others because of that pathetic asshole and others like them who think they know better.
Fuck them and not in the good way, i’ma go find the nearest red hot poker sale
To anyone actually worried about this:
The vast majority of people will not care about this list ultimately.
The only people that will are the people on this forum and the people that are unhealthily obsessed with *insert name here* YouTuber/Streamer. The much larger chunk of the community just plays the game and doesn't care much past whatever the devs give us during Live Letters. I shuffle my time between almost all of the data centers and have never seen the healer strike brought up outside of maybe once or twice.
In a few days this will be overtaken by Dawntrail news anyway and attention spans will move elsewhere.
This list means nothing outside of showing that someone has too much time on their hands and thinks stalking is normal behavior, which I'm sure most sane people will realize at first glance.
Honestly the non-sanitized version will likely get taken down. Either due to a result of report bombing (There is a reason a lot of people typically hide their MC on here if engaging with generally controversial topics.), or just due to the fact it still actually violates 3 (or 4 if we're being scrupulous) entries for their ToS on Google Drive.
Even looking at this sanitized version it still violates Google Drive ToS.
I don't care either way, personally, and I don't really think people are going to go through the effort of actually cross-referencing.
Hey, at least there's some self-reflection in their Q/A
The irony of that isn't lost on me.Quote:
everybody is so sensitive about everything, people take things so .... far for the slightest thing.
It's 3rd party so you're welcome to try but they might not do anything/much since it's not happening in game. Same reason why Discord SS's aren't taken as proof.
If you can find proof of someone spreading the link around in game that might be enough to get the GMs interest at least since that's controllable, unable to be tampered with and in the bounds they can actually operate in.
Could also try to get JP involved strictly for the stalking/doxxing/shaming part of it since when they're upset the devs seem to notice rather quickly.
Pretty much. I technically don't have a horse in the race because I don't main healer, I'm throwing my hat in because the state of healer gameplay is just the writing on the wall.
Next it's gonna be tanks (we're already very close) and eventually dps as well (Blackmage players seem to be feeling it in Dawntrail), I guess we'll see if they're still laughing when that time comes.
We're not talking about banning ACT or parsing or third-party tools in general.
It's more about sanctioning streamers and players who publicly use these tools to shame other people.
Does CBU3 really want to be associated with streamers that publicly look up someone's FFLogs or tomestone.gg and then say that they're "bot players"?
What is even the point of this list when it also includes people that were against this and trolled in the thread?
Even by widest stretch its still garbage data for statistics.
This is funny, this person was so fixated on preparing an analysis on the background of the people who posted in the healerstrike, but on reading their answer 6 in the Q&A I'd say that most of the reasons for the healerstrike sailed right over his head. He/She would have been better advised to spend more time on analyzing the reactions to the strike or to people's various opinions.
Second point- I'd just report the non-cleansed version to Google. This person sounds asinine, if they want to put this together for their personal use, I could care less, however if the intent is to intimidate or harass people, that's a different story.
Oh... this is... a lot more pathetic than I was imagining.
...Now I'm kind of... sad. Like pity sad.
The fact that all of this irrationally got under someone's skin so much that they felt the need to spend disproportionate amounts of their own personal time making a MemeBro "I totally don't care at all, anyway, here's my obsessive diary about you, STACY" decorated with schizophrenically-shifting Font Sizes and Warrior Icon stickers like a middle-school class binder... and then hosted a website for it, too... is just such Himalayan-peak "FFXIV Community".
Forensically-profiling forum alts and assigning them the adult equivalent of my old primary school's "Sexy Rating"... there's just no point in satire when reality like this exists. In the world inside his head, he really thought that this was a super-great idea that was going to make him famous and respected by all the Real Gamers that he reveres.
And then throwing a pouty little-boy tantrum because he's forced to clean it up by, of all people, r/shitpostxiv mods. Somehow managing to actually scrape rock-bottom so hard that even r/shitpostxiv distanced itself from your ideas is really vicariously embarrassing.
The only upshot here is imagining Arthars sitting in his 2000 USD gaming chair, completely naked, stuck to the upholstery by sweat, taking a shot of FFXIV Branded Mountain Dew and screaming "YEAH!" at the ceiling as he quivers and shakes his fists and stares intensely at each new line.
Man spent "2-3 work days" on this. Yikes.
Just report and move along, if people want to block or avoid the people from the thread in pf or whatever. They are players best avoided anyway ^^

Forgot, we could of course lean this way https://www.noslangues-ourlanguages....ome-idioms-eng however I will be the first to admit that at times I use some less logical idioms

That’s because this spreadsheet wasn’t made to analyze the demographic of those who support the strike, as is evident with it including posters who didn’t even agree with the strike and alts into the data. It was solely made just to witch hunt and harass folk with dissenting opinions on job balance.
I just want to see if this is behavior square enix tolerates. If so, I might have to create a twitch/youtube channel and do the same:)
Could get lots of clickbait and shaming video views.
By the way, one way to get square enix's attention is to spam square enix about it in all social media and/or through youtube/twitch.
