why so much players have a rush mentality

I think the issue isn't really about the speed of the pulls. It's about that occasional healer/tank who thinks they should have full authority over the speed of the pull instead of it being a group effort. "My way or we stall here because I don't tank/even try to heal the pull."

Just gonna educate you a little on how this forum works:

The staff do not care about small threads. They want ALL of it packed into 1 THREAD that has HUNDREDS of pages before they even bother to take a look at it. If you want real change to come, either take this to a thread that's already established or have the other people that have had threads made already come here.

This splitting it up across multiple threads isn't going to accomplish anything. You need 1 mega-thread for all of it.

Because all the content excluding savage/ultimate are extremely easy/boring and it takes too much time to clear. In dungeons mobs don't even hit you and bosses die so quick that sometimes you can skip their phases.

The goal is to finish whatever content you are in.

The faster that happens so you can move on to the next goal the better for everyone involved. Why would you purposefully want to make something take longer?

Pulling before the tank outside of dungeons is not normal. At least not for me.

Have you ever considered that some people just like going fast? They like the content, and they like doing it quickly. Finishing a goal with good pace fits very neatly into that; as well as trying to make the content a little more challenging by doing larger pulls.
