It was reading this thread that I learned there's even a mount that drops.
The rates are beyond abyssmal, they're inexcusable.

They treat hair as an incentive to run content, as a reward, and they have never been against locking it behind grindy RNG. The reason this hair is likely 20mil on the MB right now is because most people are so far behind in Bozja that they can't even do DR and have to catch up now that the devs have made it clear they're not going to give you the shiny for just doing brain-dead non Bozja content.

HoH was better designed as alternative leveling than bozja. All you had to do was clear PotD up to what, floor 50? 100?
Then once you're in, just kill enough mobs to open the gate to the next floor. No large open areas to explore, no FATEs to farm, just "kill, move on, kill, move on" til you cleared 10 floors and beat the boss.

Yeah I'm on run 36 and got the Gabriel Mount, but I want the hair. I am having a hard time not getting salty. But I do not find running DR endlessly wondering if today will be the day very unenjoyable.

Even the massive grind for the relic was okay you know, because the end was in sight, every time you did there was a result you could work towards. But this? This is just hoping... and losing a little bit of it every time nothing comes up.

Yeah. While I got burned out on the relic grind on step two, there is always an end in sight. You could theoretically do this forever, and NEVER get a drop. I didn't even know there was barding, until I read this thread!

No, it's not.

HoH and PoTD makes you want to blow your brains out, things die too fast for you to learn your rotation, there's nothing "fun" about it and the boss fights are brain-dead.

It's only better if you want to rot your brain as you slap paper mobs and not explore a zone with lore and such.

Outside of CEs and a couple select Fate bosses, leveling through Bozja is just as mindless, as most Fate grinds tend to be. I enjoy Bozja more than POTD and HoH though in almost every aspect, including leveling.

That's your opinion, and that's fine.
But I don't find myself, quote, wanting to blow my brains out, when i do PotD/HoH.

If I wanted to learn my rotation, I would do to a striking dummy. Much better as far as developing muscle memory goes.
Also you contradict yourself a bit there? "It's not a better method to level because things die too fast." ???? So taking less time in PotD/HoH to level makes it worse than Bozja?

The fastest way to get enough tomestones back in the day for the HW relic was to do Aetherochemical facility nearly 100x.

Just because something is more efficient or takes less time doesn't mean its more enjoyable. I'd agree with their opinion in saying Bozja is infinitely more enjoyable than PoTD/HoH due to how boring they are compared to Bozja.

I just started the bozjan and relic questline, because I really wanted the hairstyle since the hairstyle-competition.
How the heck can I stay motivated when I read all of this? Lots of grind is awaiting me to reach a wall (Castrum).
After that hours of hours of another dungeon grind for a little chance (can be optained on the first try, can never be optained by rng).
