Yes responding to frivolous posts like this one is a perfect example of why the limit should stay at 20. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to illustrate my point.

Your point boils downs to pettiness ("I don't want to see people I dislike being able to post more") and lack of self-control ("I'd go and reply to every post directed at me, if I had the chance to"), making you a bad example and a fringe of the population, therefore your point is ill fit to apply to everyone else.
Just because you don't want to see X user posting more and couldn't stop responding to people, doesn't mean everyone should be limited. Besides I've seen too many good discussions stiffled because one of the people ran out of daily posts. Not every thread is a debate where you only need one post to make your stand.
I do hope you see the irony in your behavior at least.
Well, I am glad you at least read them lol. I usually just assume people don’t because I have to repeat myself to those who do reply, because their answers tend to completely gloss over/ignore points I already brought up. X3
Oh so how did you determine I represent a fringe of the population? Have you conducted a comprehensive survey of the forum population and know this to be a fact? I'm entitled to an opinion that the current limit is fine. I don't need to clear my view with you before I post it.
My experience is those who run out of posts are generally involved in exactly this type of back and forth. Calling my view petty doesn't stimulate good discussion. Carry on I'm done responding here.
Tbh, it's fairly easy to fall into the "no, u" cycle. The trick is to realize you're actually heading nowhere and clean your hands out of it, Pontius Pilate style.
