The closest we've ever come to this, is just one boss from Praetorium with Ultima Weapon, thanks to the Minstrel's Ballad.
I think adding new mechanics to dungeons is a great idea but I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to have to wait on someone who just couldn't do a jump puzzle to progress through the dungeon..
(Secretly knows it would be me that couldn't do it xD)
If not jumping puzzles at least some form of verticality that requires jumping. Too many dungeons are just flat hallways. A good example of having lots of verticality is both versions of Pharos Sirius.
I eventually found the way through, just not fast enough to make it to the 3rd boss. Like I said, the map was unhelpful in determining where to go and it was difficult to see where the right way to go was, either because the water there is murky or because there was glare on my screen, I don't know. Regardless, your attempt at a sarcastic retort is unhelpful and unnecessary.Quote:
You got lost in a section that's still quite linear and just decided to not try anymore? Wow, I'm surprised you don't get lost warping back. . .
It's more like there is no reason to run through that area over and over again when I can just warp back, go make a sammich, then just warp to the 3rd boss.
jumping puzzles are bad for people who suffer from motion sickness. Whenever I attempt them, I feel like I'm about to throw up after only 5 minutes.
For the idea of only 1 person being needed to progress, I would add that it should be faster if everyone helps, to discourage afk. Could be a few switches to reach in different places. Possible to solo, but faster if people spread and get the different ones simultaneously.
