Why is Lyse's outfit not dyeable?

Because it would have cost 12 Euros then.

"limitations" "technical issues" "maybe if more people ask for it" - the list of excuses goes on as to why NPC outfits are undyeable as well as a longer list as to why they don't feel like giving us NPC hairstyles.
Countless people have asked for better glamours that are dyeable & NPC hairstyles but it's something SE doesn't care about because you'll still pay their sub

Give ToppeHatte's request post for the Scion Liberator's Attire a Like (the forum mods say they go by a post's number of likes versus a bunch of posts asking for the same thing).
If there's any other gear that you want dyeable or want it to dye a different way and it hasn't been already requested, be sure to request it.
