Also if you are going to try and use the trite excuse of "i pay my sub for this" think about this, its 3 people paying sub vs 1, you gimp your performance deliberately, then you get kicked.

well if your ping is 200+ don't play a proc class like brd cause even if in wm your dps will be shocking cause you have a 2 second delay on you procs and brd now is purely proc based especially in WM caster mode.
The last time i said a player he should improve his rotation, i was kicked. Now i kick others players who undeperform. A player doing 1k dps and other 400dps with similar gear is not valid.
I am not. Please refrain from absolutely ridiculous public accusation like this that are entirely untrue and unfounded.
Difference in playstyle is a legitimate reason to kick people as far as i am aware. If someone is deliberately gimping their performance to the detriment of the group it can be classed as either difference in playstyle or even harassment.
It;s not abusing the ToS if we're kicking someone for a playstyle difference, specifically someone that deliberately plays poorly and slows the party down (and I'm talking by degrees of 40+ minute clears when a dungeon should otherwise take 30 on average, 40 with wipes)

The reasons for dismissal are not all encompassing, which means that there may be valid reasons for dismissal outside of those four examples. Good examples of this that have been provided in this thread are the refusal to fulfill one's job function.
As for kicking bards for intentionally gimping their damage? That's just plain stupid. A bard not using WM because they feel the dps boost isn't worth the downsides with it isn't instantly a jerk who wants to slow you down. You're looking at extremest and grouping everyone with them.
It's like saying tanks shouldn't be allowed to use STR accessories because that's not how they were intended to be played. Should a tank intentionally taking more damage and having less HP be kicked from the group for not playing as intended? No? Then neither should a bard.
No one said anything about kicking a BRD for not using WM. If a BRD is doing so poorly that people are considering a kick, then chances are, they'll do poorly with WM anyway. Playing deliberately bad falls into the realms of auto-attacking and afk-netflixing during a pull, or the straight up refusal to dps at all.
And also, strength accessories don't make tanks take extra damage.
