On the note of Hallowed Ground + Sentinel: This sometimes happens to me. Except the other way around. I use Sentinel when placing down a large pull (and I know I've done this in AK) and then notice I'm still dying too fast and/or the healer isn't healing me (usually happens the latter way, I rarely get overzealous with pulls). On the note of stunning the summoners: Paladin has kind of a weird stun. It's not a cooldown like the other 2, so it's always available, but as a downside it's a weaponskill, and thus will interrupt any combos that may be going on. Some paladins just stop stunning altogether because of that. My personal solution for that is "Shiled Lob the summoner -> Circle of Scorn everyone else -> stun the summoner". Makes for an awkward start, but hey no demon mobs. Or harriers turning into dragons.
Could be he was letting them spawn for the extra bit of exp, but at this point I'll always be skeptical of that :/ Would be cool if that was the case. But based on what appeared to be his stance on mentoring...
