How about placing those on the mogstation team, on the development team to increase workflow on art assets?

Because then they'd just have to waste time hiring more people to fill the now vacant Mogstation team, obviously. Square isn't giving the mogstation up with the amount of profit it generates.
In reality, given that the mogstation team's only role is 3D modeling and then the main dev team does the like 5mins of database coding to get the item link activated in-game whenever the mogstation gives them something, it's likely the mogstation team is just a bunch of free-lance or in-between project 3D modelers being assigned there by the CEOs that wouldn't be used to the workflow or project scope of FF14.
I think it's no use arguing with those people defending the CC on mogshop. They act like they knew everything about the game and the only one with the authority to ask for evidence. Yet when we ask for their evidence they stay silent and ignores the question.
I'm not sure what more proof you need other than deliberately creating a separate team, to create cash shop items. They are literally taking away talent, that could otherwise be used on the development team.
If what we get now is because of the cash shop, that's embarrasing. Especially considering we get LESS content now, than years ago.
Again does that hurt the quality of the game? That is the proof Im needing. A business funds, and spends resources on things that brings profits. The fact it is not the same team is a good thing. That means the main team can focus on the game while second team does mog. I'm sorry but I still don't see how anyone can say the cash shop is hurting the game. What proof do you have of that?
