Rukkirii is always accessorized well in the pictures I've seen, whether it's the NES controller belt buckle or the hip pouch that looks like it'd come from a FF game.
Well, they're going to San Fran today, although I don't know if they're actually presenting today or not. Hopefully we'll see a bunch of articles (and maybe some shaky cam footage) pop up today or tomorrow.

i prefer to cook myself healthy rice, potatoes with fatless chicken filet etc.. i would feel dirty if i eat tons of meat and sweet things like pancakes every day. it feels good to do something good for your body.
i mean its okay to eat fast food once a week/a month or so. but not almost every day ;XD
and the amounts of food.. i mean a mc donalds cheeseburger in germany is much smaller than in the US for example ;X and we have real bread.. like brown bread/whole weed bread .. which is much more healthy than a white toast bread which consists of almost nothing but sugar and carbohydrates (and no nutrients). heart attack here we go.

I don't know if this has been answered but what is Yoshi-p actually doing in SF today? The reason I ask is that I have the day off and Im not far from SF. If I could go see all the new stuff first hand and see him in person (and Foxclon!) that would be amazing!
It's only trans fats in processed food you should avoid; otherwise fat is healthy, hence why some are called essential fats...cause they are...essential...
On a side note, carbs=sugar=insulin=fat storing hormone. It's sugary drinks, trans fats in fries/nuggets/burgers/candy/cookies, shit like that, that makes you fat. In combination with fat food it's even worse. Minimizing sugar/carb intake, and eating lots of fat instead actually makes you loose weight. I been on low carb high fat diet for 2 years, and lost 45lb. Though during that time i combined carb food with fat food, and gained 20lb in 2 weeks, so no more carbs for me thnx.

maybe its time for you to figure out... protein is good for your muscles etc. ... fat is not. your body can handle fat, but not an overdose of it. it does not mean that you cant eat a burger at all anymore... when you eat fast food.. reasonably.. once a week or a month its okay.
but its always better to cook yourself.. with fresh ingredients and not that much meat every day. but well. other topic^^

and as you can see above.. a burger beef contains lots of fat etc.. an overdose. and much more kcal (energy)..
believe it or not there is a reason why the USA has the most fat society in the world. they dont look at what they eat. just industrial produced food, which contains a lot of trash.

I think you misunderstood my post.
I was agreeing with you that chicken is more lean (contains less fat) than burgers and beef in general.
That is why I said 200Grams of beef contains as much fat as an entire chicken (which way a lot more than 200Grams)
In other words the protein to fat ratio is much higher in chicken than in beef -which you proved to me in your above example (beef contains 10x the fat and half the protein as chicken weight for weight)

Transfas are unhealthy, the ones that junk food are pumped chalk full of. On a side note, you can look at a number of studies done around the world. The countries that eat high meat protein diets tend to be the ones that die the most of heart disease and other related ilnesses. Those that eat primarily vegetarian diets live longest.
On a side note: protein, carbs (sugars and starches), coffee and alcohol amongst other foods have an acidifying effect on human blood PH levels, where as most fruits and vegetables (citrus included) have the opposite effect on blood PH levels (alkali). A little research and you might notice that a vast majority of diseases causing organisms thrive in acidic environments. Now Im way off topic.
And here go my hopes of real news, lost in a hell of burgers, proteins and sodas...

Yes but in the latter context i'm referring to the effects foods have on blood PH and not their composition. You can find charts online about which foods have an acidifying effect and hich have an alkali effect. For example, most people assume citrus have an acidifying effect because of their citric acid content whin they actually turn the blood PH more alkali from what I've read. Furthermore bacteria are not the only organisms to thrive on sugars, fungi do too - think yeast infections.
It should really be about whether or not ruki has a valentines date for thursday.

First, thanks again for allowing us to be up to date on your tour. I'm currently living vicariously through you guys.
Now, I don't mean to be too forward but when can we expect to start hearing news about the game? Please to all fanboys, this isn't me saying "OMGZ GIVE ME NEWSZ". I just want to know if we'll be waiting until the end of the tour to hear the interviews or will we be hearing the info as our god and saviour, Yoshi-p, utters the words?
