As for other comments about other people doing this, not just JP, that's my point. Why even play a multicultural game if you're not going to step outside of your comfort zone? "JP only" "EN only" "German only" WHY?! By now, just about everyone knows the basics for every fight. There's not even a need to explain a strategy for much, other than something like Garuda (even Raven should be known at this point).

Lastly, saying "War needed" is not the same as saying "JP only." For most content, this is a best strategy. For that strategy, certain jobs are needed. For hamlet, you aren't going to go in with 6 BLMs are you? Of course not. Thus, parties will should for jobs that are needed for the party. This is not the same as shouting that you only want members for a certain region of the world.
