Again it does depend exactly what you're trying to convey. Having a conversation about what specific gear melds you need does require a more in-depth conversation with the one person than a "do X when Y happens" instruction that doesn't need to be explored further.

From what im gathering if you post your criticism in the form of a suggestion your fine basically don't demand change or tell others what to do juat suggest a change after that its up to them to decide to take the criticism or not it really just boils down to do you like being told what to do in a demanding way or in the form of a suggestion me personally id rather have a suggestion over a demand

No thank you. FFXIV can take a lot of things from WoW, like harder 4 man content, but their hands off moderation is not something I'd welcome.

Only if you do it repeatedly over a long period of time. Either way someone would have to report you and the devs would then check your record to see if it's a persistent thing. Also it's only for disconnections. Just leaving the instance all together has no penalty beyond the lockout timer.

Only if you afk or disconnect at the start

Leaving has its own penalty and is not affected.

Instead of naming the player at fault, just say "Remember folks, we need to do X to avoid wiping on this fight.. The one that didn't do it should get the message without feeling targeted.

Did you actually read the first paragraph

IE, no your not going to get banned for simply correcting them, or asking a healer to DPS, politely. You will get kicked for being rude or obnoxious about it, which is fair.
