I submitted my receipt for valid Butterfingers products on the first day. I have yet to get a code or a rejection email. Anyone know what time-frame for a reply I should expect?

you'll get it when you get it it seems. it's not a 1:1 you submit, and you get in order of entry time. it's random. if you don't get it within the maximum time limit listed of 5 days though, you should contact them.

It's pretty much not consistent at all. You just have to hope - and pray - you get chosen sooner than later! :eek:

If I recall correctly, they stated you could be waiting anywhere from 3-5 days for a reply.

Yeah, just read that on the Twitter feed. You'd think they'd have put that in BIG LETTERS on the main page and saved themselves alot of impatient gamers asking about where their code is. ;)

I am so angry right now. I submitted the top half of my Walgreens receipt on Monday that clearly showed I bought two bags of the 10.2oz Butterfingers for $4.99 each and today they rejected it and told me to submit a new picture.

Is the RFN# and bar code required? That is the only reason I can think that it was rejected.

Finally got my code in the mail!! Submitted it via mogstation so hopefully when I'm home, I can snag the baby from Mr Postage Moogle

I don't think the codes are required if Butterfingers shows clearly on the receipt. (Mine was CVS and went fine.) Was the date and time of purchase visible?

Finally received the code today early this morning. Took almost 3 days which of course is in time frame given.

Yes. Date, time, store name, store address, product name and code, quantity, price, etc.

Mine was rejected this morning I spent $6.56 picture was proper file size contains all information includes the 6 butterfingers bars I the pictures. It says you may only resubmit 1 time, my picture followed all their rules and I can't force my local store to change it from being called grocery to buttfingers but others I know have been approved without it being called butterfingers on their receipt. Any clue what to do?

I followed all the rules too, and mine wasn't a generic description. Mine says, as clear as day, "Butterfinger Fun Size 10.2OZ 2 @ $4.99," totaling $9.98.

It sounds like they may have missed the 2 @ part. I would resubmit while also DMing BF on twitter to follow it through the process.

I'd contact BF too. Explain the receipt and the submitted picture and see if they can follow yours through as well, but get word from them first since your receipt doesn't clearly state the product. Alternatively if you'd rather go for another receipt, most chain drugstores like CVS, Riteaid, Walgreens, etc seem to work. Target seems to be good about listing the product as well. Amazon worked for me.

Mine said: "CHOC" and "BUTTERFINGER", on the recept and beside them had the matching UPC (listed at the bottom of 'Terms and Conditions'). If your receipt shows the UPC, shouldn't it work anyway? Another alternative is Amazon, another user in this thread posted their invoice, and it worked. I think.

They will likely reject it unless they don't notice the discount when going over the receipt. They're looking to see that you paid out $5 for the product not including any taxes, shipping, etc.

It actually doesn't specify at all what the issue actually is.

"Unfortunately, your receipt uploaded on 5/3/2021 has been rejected due to the content of your entry or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions."

I finally got mine, took 3 days. Just bought 9 regular butterfingers from walmart.

Got mine from two bags of the fun sized ones form Target. I had submitted that on May 3rd around 4pm so a three day wait as expected.

Still waiting for mine, but if other people who submitted them on Monday are just now getting them, I won't panic. Yet.

Got mine around 10:45pm Pacific time last night, so Wednesday night. I submitted my receipt about three hours into the promo.
My Mom and my Sister got their codes at the same time. We bought from Walmart, and had to get different products so one receipt even said “candy” and went through with no problem. Though the UPC was listed right after.
Just giving an update so maybe people can guess when there’s will arrive, and to reassure that “candy” and multiple people from the same address are allowed, so long as they are separate emails and transactions!

Hi, I figured I'd help contribute to the information. My spouse and I got our Butterfinger bars at a CEFCO. Receipts from there seem to work fine. We got our mounts about two hours shy of three days.

I love it. I wish it was account-wide.

I just got my butterfinger mount code today at 1:22 am. I uploaded the receipt on the first day May 3rd. So it took 4 days to get it for me.

It doesn't count. I went to Safeway's too. I saw they were on sale for 76 cents with the Safeway card, but were 1.00 reg price. So I just didn't use my card when buying them so they would ring up more expensive. Basically you have to buy 7 of them if you are going to use a Safeway card.

Submitted mine on Tuesday, Still waiting. It's really demoralizing seeing everyone else get theirs. There's no way of knowing if I even did anything wrong, just have to wait.

It's been like four days and I still haven't got my code. I'm honestly quite upset about it. :/

It says 3 to 5 days, so it's only been 3 days for you, when it comes up on the 9th after 7pm your time, then be upset.

I posted mine on 5/4 as well, about an hour and a half after you did. I'm impatient too but not angry yet, since it's not been 5 days.
