Yes. I would love a Serah and Vanille outfit, those were my 2 favorite characters of FF XIII. Love that game.

I am so glad that they are doing this, i actually started near the time they repeated the event the second time but internet issues kept me from doing it.. ironically until around the third time they did it.. so i was only leveled up enough to get the hairstyle and weapons on a single character and not strong enough to get the outfit..

Now i have new characters who don't even have that much so its been a downer. If only i could get the event cutscenes I'd be a happy camper but that will sadly never happen x.x as i never got to officially interact with Lightning to begin with. Its so easy for people who saw the event to yell "let it die!" Even though its not like you are forced to do it but some people never had the chance and never will. Just seems like spite to me wanting square to deny new players something just because they personally didn't like it.

Hopefully the date for the mog station update is released soon so i can start looking forward to it.

Valentine's Day is getting closer. I would greatly appreciate being able to look my best during the celebration. Please! :)

Why would I prefer having to pick between items to getting all of them? Sorry but that's not a very good argument to make me change my stance. Also cosmetic items are not content. They're items. That's like saying every piece of Diadem gear is content. Holy moly are we drowning in content in that case... Gold Saucer rewards also wouldn't get me to do any more existing content seeing as I'm already busy in-game doing existing content including GS stuff. So yeah I'd prefer a method that isn't a massive time sink and further gate me from the cool mounts I still don't have. In case my point still evades you, I never said it shouldn't be obtainable in-game. Just not with GS as the only option.

It would be nice if SE would find a way to add the events themselves to the gold saucer, like a solo version of event quests they had in the past with the event items as prizes and cutscene unlocks. It could still have the level requirements and would allow people who start after said event to not miss out on content just because they are new or aren't strong enough at the time.

But as said previously better that they atleast sell the items than have no way available for people to get a hold of them because they missed an event. the Lightning hairstyle is one of the most Final Fantasy hairstyles available, so many of their characters have stylized hair like that that its almost canon that a female warrior of light should have access since the main character needs to look more fabulous than everyone around them.

Neither do I the game should reward players with this kind of stuff for playing 5he game. Between pvp diadem raids crafting gathering commendations...

There are tons of ways to get the content into the game without charging us. Leave it on there for cash too if you must give people something to empty 5heir wallets on I guess.

But I will disagree with you that glamor isn't content. It's content as much as ThorDan is.

If there's anything about game dev that players don't understand, is that changing code isn't "simple."
That being said they figured out how to let us glamour full-body outfits onto single pieces after a couple years of saying "this is super complicated, we're trying" so maybe it's incoming.

why make them one piece glamours anyway? just do in pieces when we buy the set they did that with minfillia and the other scion outfits maybe people wanna customize the outfit for that matter why are the whm and blm staffs from lightning return one handed anyway? they should be two handed and lightnings sword needs a shield like the one in lightning returns for guardian corp or add all her outfits from all games plus the other main cast

I'm going to guess that originally they never intended to allow players to wear NPC outfits, because Minfilia's outfit (and all other unique NPCs like the GC leaders, children, those women in peasant outfits etc.) is modeled in one piece minus the face/hair, whereas gear intended for players is separated into body parts by race/body type. Maybe one-pieces have different physics which makes it difficult to simply cut them apart, only the devs know for sure.

As for the Lightning gear, that's a deep question but 1H THM/CNJ weapons were still a thing back then especially for low level gear (the FF13 event came out well before glamour was even a thing). But there's zero reason for them to add new models - that event is over a couple times over.

Much like the one peices outfits we get for some celebratory events they are "One Peice" because they are interconnected in multiple slots.

Ugh. Then I'm gonna guess (and hope) it'll come out around the same time as patch 3.2.. I expected it to be out around jan 14th since that's when the New Year's event ended. :mad:

Mog Station maintance today 5pm PST to 1am PSt. Hopefully they will add the items then :)

You'll know when it has been added to the game, because the client will update to add in the "tokens" you get via mogmail when you purchase an item.

We need the Lightning hairstyle for men's. The females characters geting everything that is good on that game. And I don't like snow and his hair. Also was fantastic when the godness Lightning :3 criticised his hair on Lightning Returns. We deserve Hope adult hair too.

I was hoping when the winter sale ended they would add the new items but unfortunately they did not. Most likely will be added with patch 3.2.

Spiky hair in itself is fairly rare for females, as is wild hair that dares venturing below the eyebrows into the face. Long and even long-ish hair almost exclusively comes with braids, locks, waves, headbands or other ornaments. However, we have several variants of twin-tails.

Have a rough guess why it's bundled with the armor. Same thing as with Minfilia.

I can tell you: I would not be interested if I had anything else to fill the niché (Males get a great one next patch!). I don't like Lightning and I'd rather not look like her, much less pay for it. But if it's the only bone SE is willing to throw, I'll take it. The real money is just the price I have to pay for not being at the event when it happened.

They've said they're going to make new 2H versions of the 1H primal weapons for WHM/BLM. Theoretically they might do that for these as well (really, all they'd have to do would be to make a copy of the existing weapon and just reclassify it as a 2H weapon, since AFAIK the stance is identical no matter whether you're holding a 1H or 2H weapon), though... IMO it would be so much easier to just make it possible to glamour over 1H weapons on top of 2H weapons, just the same as they allow one-piece armour to glamour over multi-piece armour (e.g. a robe over a cowl). And just like when you glamour over a cowl with a robe and can't put on a helmet (because you're wearing a cowl, even if it doesn't look like it), you wouldn't be able to equip a shield because you'd still have a 2H weapon equipped, even if it didn't look like one. The only ones suffering from this lack of full glamour weapon arsenal are WHM and BLM, but while it might seem 'over-the-top' to adjust a glamour setting just for two jobs, it should be less work than remaking a bunch of weapons into 2H versions, especially as I'm guessing those primal weapons will have somewhat new appearances (to fit the image of a 2H staff instead of a 1H wand/scepter). Unless their settings for glamour are really, really complicated to adjust.

Running theory being it's going to be released on the 23rd of Feb with 3.2? I guess we'll see in 9 days [as of today: 15th of Feb, 09:26 am GMT] if SE will hold up to their confirmation or not.
