If everyone who flocks to these threads did that, coming to this forum might actually be a worthwhile experience again.
This is very tinfoil-hat-y, but at this point it feels like Yoshi-P has so much on his own plate with all the projects shoved onto his lap by Square that he did not get to actually play Dawntrail. Remember when he played through Endwalker a couple times to make sure its perfect? No one can tell me he did the same thing here.
I would pay money for a twitch stream in which a dev actually plays a healer character, from level 1 to level 100, through MSQ and all battle content. I want to see the color drain from their face as they realize the state healers are in.
That could possibly be the reason as well and why he could be so dismissive of feedback recently if he potentially put all responsibilities onto junior people but still taking blame of everything even if all his attention isn't on ff14 anymore and taking on multiple other projects.
I think it's great that Yoshi-P is taking the high road to defend someone who, turns around attacking others on a social platform and calling out music scores as black gospel and racist.
As long as he doesn't consider "criticizing Bryer's bad performance" and "pointing out some of Bryer's bad takes on Twitter" to be an "attack", I'm cool with that.
I mean they shouldn't, he is right.
But really there are remarks made by a certain individual that really make it difficult for people not to bite.
Fire all the americans, each and every single one of them is a drama magnet.
The english localization is just hilariously bad compared to french and german.
