Good. If your group needs melee lb3 to beat Savage, you aren't ready for Savage.

Melee lb3 makes Savage fights 5-6 seconds shorter. That's it. It's barely over 1% of the bosses health. A single death or bringing non-meta jobs will lose you more and no one cares. If your run is messy, heal lb3 is better, so melee lb3 only really shines on low death runs where your group are all just bad at their job.

Heal lb3 is amazing and tank lb3 is underrated and also very strong, but dps limit breaks could easily be cut.

Unless they changed it recently, none of the help windows that pop up so much as mention limit breaks.
To read the tooltip you first need to look at icon for limit break - and you are unlikely to even see that unless you actively search for it, which requires knowing it exists in the first place.

But it's true. If rezzing multiple people without giving them the weakness debuff makes the team deal more dps than a melee LB, healer LB is a dps gain.

How about not dying at all is a DPS gain. His argument that you're trash if you use a melee LB3 but we're these supreme clearing gods if we use our healer LB3 to rez our multiple dead teammates who failed mechanics is the dumbest thing I've read here in a while, and that's very telling.

give feedback on what changes need to be made and wait for them to make up their minds about it.

I know I questioned focusing on using melee lb3 as measure of being ready for savage or not in this post but he literally does not say what you are claiming he said. You're getting worked up over a claim you've made up yourself.
