Because that is the percentage of the game that will stick around at the end times to clear difficult content. Ah La WoW. Only the hardcore players are left, there are no casuals. Only people clearing content. And also, there isn't one percent of players clearing content in this game. In fact, 10% of the playerbase has cleared TEA. That is nothing to scoff at. That's 10% of players challenging themselves on something other than an EX trial then AFKing in Limsa. Not counting the 13% of players that have cleared UwU or the 9% that have cleared UCoB. I wonder the percentage of people clearing savage and farming BiS? 20%? 25%?
