It does. Because the chances of it happening increases when it fails to happen. Pick a straw out of a bag. Does your chance of picking out another straw of the same color increase or decrease? Just because it is a program, doesn't mean it has no limits.

BUT it also say to not confound this with the augment of probability. Because it don't happens.

Each drop is an event independent of the others. The Law of Large Numbers does apply here, but to the other poster who mentioned picking straws out of a bag, that analogy is incorrect, since that blank straw is "put back into the bag" with each attempt.

The idea that ones chances improve after multiple failures is a fallacy that casinos, for instance, rely on heavily for driving some of their games (e.g., roulette). You could hit red five times in a row, but you still have a 50/50 chance of hitting red instead of black on your 6th attempt, since the "red squares" are not removed from the equation just because they've been hit before.

You need 20 nuts to get a weapon. You have only done 12 runs. Other words even if it was 100% you would still need 8 more runs to get your 1st weapon. I don't know about you guys but drop rate were far worse on XI.

I can go on but hopefully you get the point. The problem is most people only count their loot and not others. when 1 person gets a totem/weapon that's a successful run. You can not tell me that every single time you did a endgame event for other games every person in the party got all the drops they wanted quickly. 12 runs and complaining about drop rates? Also You have to count repeats as drops. Just because you didn't get the drop you want doesn't mean you didn't get a drop.

Drop rate is fine, but no loot pool is retarded and they should be ashamed of themselves.
