Without testing there isn't a real way of knowing how chain stratagem works. The tooltip roughly translates to increases the rate the target takes critical hits by 20% which leads me personally to believe its not increases everyone hitting that bosses critical chance by 20% but rather multiplies your chance to critically hit by said 20% so 1.2x your crit rate. At current values its about 5-8% critical chance at best.Quote:

Hmm? The fairy being an off global cooldown alone makes it very noticeable allowing scholars to stay on the offensive. Before begging SE for buffs to one of the two perceived raiding healers I think you should actually play the expansion before jumping to conclusions. Those who have played the expansion already have stated scholars are very strong and only stronger in the fields they dominated previously with same people commenting poorly on the white mage changes.

I'm personally disappointed. If Aetherflow is reduced, it basically forces me to get the cross class mana regen skill, which I don't like. The loss of Bio potency is a hit to our ST DPS and AoE DPS and I feel we have been hit the hardest in this department. Stratagem most likely is but a small Critical hit buff which feels poor, especially considering our tools are mostly outshined by AST and it comes at a higher MP cost for us. I feel that even regardless of this, SCH will still be the go to healer. But because we are less vocal than the White Mages, who rightly are furious, it seems some issues with the class are overshadowed. It's just absurd that Astrologian got such great new tools and buffed on top of being already incredibly strong. Double AST as meta is not unthinkable.

SCH have access to both Lucid Dream and Aetherflow for mp regen. Their skills in 4.0 are comparatively 5-15% more expensive than they are now.
This will likely mean that SCH will have enough mp at all times but will budget mp. That is, SCH will decide whether or not Adloquium is worth using compared to waiting for Lustrate to come off cool-down. This is similar to WHM choosing between Cure 2 and Tetragrammaton. -
