1) People are unfamiliar with mechanics, do the dungeon once, then qq that it's too hard because they clearly know the best way to deal with every fight already.
2) In certain situations, when the DPS is too high, the fight becomes much harder than it would be if people were geared in full ilvl60 gear. For example: adds popping at certain %'s of a Boss's HP.
3) The ilvl req. is the absolute bare requirement simply just to allow people to enter an instance. Yes, a full party of average players with this ilvl will most likely not be able to complete the content. People are confusing minimum req. ilvl with a suggested ilvl for an entire party. It is not the same.
4) Most of the people complaining and asking for a nerf haven't even tried it in full ilvl60 gear. "It's too hard because we can't ignore mechanics and burn through it," is what I'm seeing. I have several LS mates that started the game late and average ilvl60-65 and have completed every one of the new HM dungeons. It was by no means easy, but they did it.
