When I mention third clan, I imply that SE should treat it like the Highlanders. A clan that is actually visually different from their cousins, including their animations. This means that the third Elezen/Miqo'te clan will have their own animations as well. I've also given up on wanting a playable bestial race in this game as SE has pretty much stated it's never going to happen for two reasons: lore and gear designs (the third reason is too stupid to even mention), however I have said I'll concede if SE make a playable Beastman glamour. Simple fix. Have Viera be either desert or Arctic living races predominantly. Why does it have to be an exact clone of the XII race? Why can it not have a different lore, origin home, etc? Why are you suggesting the devs adopt such a limiting mindset when they can create the bunnies as much as anything else. I'd be very happy if they replaced the Roe slot with Vieras. o3o Every single roe fem is just so ugly, IMHO...

I'd prefer to just have the race, thanks. They're's soooo many models to choose from and no ones asking for a specific version of Viera, because NOT EVERY VIERA LOOKS LIKE FRAN. They have concept models to choose from and previous versions of Final Fantasy to exploit as well (tactics for instance). Atm it just seems like Yoshi is making poor excuses instead of reasonable ones.

I agree. I want viera to be its own race as well. Not a subrace, but its own race.

Oh, I forgot to mention, but these aren't concerns expressed by Yoshi P. A user in this thread just brought up those points/suggestions. I don't agree with them though.

I'm just going to keep suggesting that a third clan of Elezen or Miqo'te would be better, especially if hands and feet for 'Viera' will be human hands/feet (as that really does make it sound like all you want is the rabbit ears, hence why Lambdafish said "So what that boils down to is you JUST want the ears"). Why terribly recycle a race (again) when you can add onto a current race and make them more appealing for others?
