65th is a bit above average, so you can do a lot better. (average of course depending on who you ask)

Ninja was capable of clearing every wing week 1. Not every Ninja player is. Same with every other job.
(It's okay not to clear week 1 for any reason)
If you feel you aren't contributing enough to your team, and that bothers you, then change jobs. It not only broadens you as a player, it offers perspective into the challenges other jobs face, as well as doing wonders to dispelling any held notions regarding the job through word of mouth.
(Turns out Stormblood Machinist wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. It was actually a ton of fun)
