Same here keeps giving me a EU code when my account is NA and I preodered in gamestop NA.
I was calm yesterday but really now the 24th is just around the corner. It's frustrating that there's been no update by SE today on the issue. Would be nice to know if I have to go back to the retailer or if the problem is on SE's end.
It may end up just like phase 4. We'll all hear them address it and state that it has been fixed.....

Finally got the preorder code to go through for my ps3 CE, and I get an invalid code.

the email finally showed up, it sent the same code i registered with yesterday so i guess i was stressing over nothing.
there was one scary thing thought, the email link to register was the eu link not the na link, even though the code was one of the na ones. seems that the sqex branch has their wires crossed in their na/eu data centers.
So, I am sure I am just paranoid, but with all the problems going on I just want to cover my bases. I was able, after several attempts, to use my 18 digit code to get to the 20 digit code screen, and followed all the directions to set up early access. Under my profile, I have AAR for the correct system and region listed, but nothing specifically saying 'early access' and no email yet. Just because I am paranoid and want to make sure, am I good to go and the emails are just lagging behind, or should I have something saying early access on my account to verify to myself?
I still am getting EU codes after contacting support and waiting i hope they fix this soon and give me my NA code lol

So i just waited from 125 in chat queue to number 1 then about 2 mins later it says " THERE are NO AGENTS available to help at this moment" Status: Cancelled FML...

Oh man... I'm about to just cancel the pre-order from Amazon and order a new one. Luckily that is an option.. Hopefully I get the right code this time around though X_x
I wanted to know if I own both copies (PS3 I bought for early access, already owned PC version from 1.0) Can I play early access on both or just the device that I got the code for(PS3)
I am doing the same thing and having the issue of Eu code for an NA account, but I ultimately paid for the PS3 version not the early access. The early access is just a bonus. That's probably splitting hairs though.
They entice people to pre-order the game with the bonuses of having Early Access and a few in-game items. To take-away those bonuses is not something a respectable company would do. You should've seen what happened to the game "War Z" when they made false claims to their players who pre-ordered their game.. Valve took their game off steam before they could get their crap together.

I've tried again today and still comes up with that error. The codes are valid. I already have the 20-digit Early Access Code for the NA version starting with "RAAU".
I've already tried changing region or language, nothing works.
I wonder if it might be because everyone's topic is the same and they know they can't assist you. I know they're actively trying to fix the region stuff so at least you have that to hang onto. Still that's no excuse for them to just make you wait 2+ hours then just tell you "tough luck". -_-
Actually asked me a bunch of questions about where i got it, when i entered the code, what my id was, was the 18 and 20 codes were etc... made me think I was going to get a real answer.... then ended with copy/pasted phrase of we're aware of it, watch site/twitter for updates.
Does anyone with an NA code for PC want to trade for my EU code for PC? I've been waiting for two days for help from SE, no email yet. Bought it digital from NA SE shop, but got a EU code for some odd reason.

I bought two physical CE copies of FFXIV:ARR back in late May, one for myself and the other for my brother. The purchase was made from the Square store as a single order, and the confirmation email included two preorder registration codes. I took the first, my brother the second. We have separate user accounts on SE's site, each with its own email address.
Although it took a while, he was eventually successful in registering his preorder code, receiving the 20-character early-access code, and redeeming that, and when he logs into the launcher it shows the "gotta wait for EA to start" message.
Ever since, when I try to register my code I'm getting error 2 (code already used) for a large number of retries, then it's back to error 3. Brother is showing two copies of ARR in the "registered games" section of his profile on na.square-enix.com. I don't have any mention of ARR in my profile, and when I log into the launcher it unsurprisingly shows that I need to register an early-access code before I can continue (to the "wait for EA" screen).
I started a ticket on the issue and am in a queue for live chat, but if I can correct the problem I'll close it and get out of everyone's way. Aside from just waiting and retrying, does anyone have any suggestions?
PSA: If you got a PS3 EU code and need a NA code customer support said that to keep trying to redeem your codes on PSN because their fix will enable you to redeem your codes on there eventually.
