Just wanted to say my problem may be solved. Gotta wiat till I get home to see.
Followed Morbol instructions. My ticket was closed with a satisfactory result.
edit: make sure you log back into the support center- they mention what they sent you in full if you are still having email problems.
I did what Bayo said and MAY have corrected my problem. I will chk when I get home. Suport ticket reply recieved.
my first ticket got a response telling me to call them. the lady told me they are working on the issue with comcast to get it corrected. I meantioned that a community rep told me to send in a ticket in a certain way and she seems to have linked my 2 tickets together now that I look at the support center.
I called them as well suppose to send me another email, but still waiting so far.
Just hang in there, still time.
Ok home and can confirm that my problem is fixed via "request for account support" email I received from SE.

I got my reply back, with my key. Just be patient.
I however did not need to call them. There may be a discrepancy that they will need to resolve or verify your account details.
To be honest, I was confused by the date of birth reference because there is no where on the Square Enix Account management that allows you to set your Date of Birth?! Oh well. They fixed my issue. All is right in the world again!

Whats wierd is my brother got a beta email but he said to me he never registered for it. So SE might just be sending beta invites anyone with legacy.
The date of birth is what everyone must put in when you first sign up your account... You probably forgot about it because the only two things that can never be changed is your SE ID and your date of birth... so if you wrote an incorrect date of birth and do not remember what date you put then you might need to call SE, probably to give other confidential info...
I don't know whats going on with this. I called them they said they were going to send me a key in the email yesterday should of been sent yesterday didn't happen. But they gave me a ticket number if i needed to call again. Anyone else have to call them so many times?
I'm with the OP. I'm Hell-and-gone-dyed-in-the-wool-LEGACY. Also non-Comcast, top of the line benchmark. And haven't heard a peep from Square Enix. This while I constantly receive updates on FFXI newsletters and "Look Here's our most recent post for FFXIV".
I don't think I'm over reacting, but it does make me tense seeing the "We still need more Beta Tester Applicants" banner top and centre on Lodestone. I'm just a bit miffed today.
I did not have to call anyone to get my problem fixed. I put in a ticket as Bayo said with the same email address that was blocked and put my DOB at bottom and also said "Beta invite was blocked". Got a replay in about 20 hrs with the info I needed.
Ok so I got off the phone with SE support after waiting 1 hour they told me it could be days before I get a new email. Any one else have this issue?
I gave the exact info he said to give. I got a response the next day, which said they couldn't do that over email and I had to call them. I called them the women confirmed a bunch of personal info then confirmed I did have Legacy they were going to transfer it to another department and said I should be sent another email the same day and that didn't happen, so I called again today and the guy told me it could be a few days.
Not sure if I just need to wait several days or make a new ticket or what.
I would not of called them rite away. Mayb it like messed up by having tickets in and calling, IDK. I do know that anytime you call SE you can expect to be on the phone a LONG time. I had to call them for FF11 stuff and it was honestly a hassle, and the times that I got quick fixes were just putting in a ticket and problems were solved faster I think. You still have time tho so don't get to worked up yet.
The problem was when I put in a ticket like they said the response I got was they wouldn't do anything unless I called. Which I did and the person I talked to said it would be fixed that day in a short time and that didn't happen.
Going to just wait till Monday and see if they send me a new email with beta key, if not guess Ill make another ticket.
If you are a Legacy member and have not received your Beta Test invite, please follow the instructions in my previous post in the thread.
I believe some users were instructed to call before we had the finalized flow that I wrote about earlier in the thread and that is the source of the run around (Call! Now email!).
Legacy users that did not receive their Beta Test invite should follow the instructions I posted earlier.
Each ticket is being handled in the order in which it was received and the teams are working hard to get everyone sorted out as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience in this situation as we work to make it right.
Does this mean I should submit a new ticket since they told me to call, I had to call twice already they said they were going to send me a new key yesterday waited around check my email today but it did not happen, but the guy i talked to today said it could take several days or even weeks. But that sounds wrong since people on the forums are already getting them.
Having to wait weeks for beta that suppose to start next week doesn't seem quite right.
Thank you for replying. Yes, I'm Legacy and have doubled-checked my Junk Mail and spam blockers. There's no email from SE since last week's "A Realm Reborn Newsletter". So I have done as you suggested and followed the instructions to open a tech support ticket. Glad to see you're on top of this. Thanks again!
Friend of mine did this and he did not have to wait for them to send him an email with his code. Said he followed Bayohne's post submitted all the relevant info and got an email back to call them. Called them up reverified all his info with the rep and he was given his beta code right there over the phone along with the link to the registration site. Sounds to me like you just got a rep that didn't get the memo about whats going on.
@Zumi i'm not rly sure. As Bayo said they ARE working on it so might just have to wait a bit, and I know its hard to wait with Beta coming up. Just hang in there and I would say if you don't hear anything by Fri/Sat nite then I put in another ticket or call. I know there was a good bit of PPL with problems that we did hear about, but how many did we not hear about? I'm sure they are busy as crap ATM.

Made a 2nd ticket, with the info that was requested. Guess I did get in that mix up where they wanted me to call them ect.
Got a quick response 2nd time around and emailed back with my code, finally got my issue resolved. Just want to say thanks to Bayohne and other reps for their support on this.
