That's 100% not true. The blacklist has changed to block all alts of the account. If the others didn't disappear, then he's maliciously making multiple individual accounts to mess with the limited 200 slotted blist. You'd have to remove the bots, erp advertisers and unsavory people just to use up a quarter of the list to block one person. If they didn't intend to maliciously manipulate the blocklists of others, the crowd should have disappeared 8 at a time for every one attempt to block a character.

How do you know that the players' intent is to evade your blacklist, or anyone else's? Have they even spoken to you? Are you even a known person to them? Maybe they're making new characters because that's what they enjoy doing, regardless of your feelings and how much energy you spend paying attention to them? Come to think of it, your diligent tracking of this player's behavior could be considered stalking.

As long as the terms of use are not violated, there is no need for system engineers to crack down on it, and it is not a crime to have 24 accounts logged in at the same time and in the same location.

If you believe someone is violating the Terms of Use, you can report them in-game instead of posting here.

Incidentally, posting a comment on the forum asking for the Roegadyn group to be blacklisted may be a violation of our Terms of Use.

They almost never say anything in-game.

The game itself even actively pokes fun at Lalafells. And the other playable races. But it's mostly Lalafell and Miqo'te. So a little bit of trolling can be assumedly acceptable within reason.
