See this is where your logic falls through. They are paying Ormuco for their Data Solution, which is failing some of its consumers, thus resulting in customers being dissatisfied and possibly leaving, as you stated you may do yourself. A company will not pay another for failing software/hardware. This is bleeding money because they are not getting the service they are paying for, and potentially losing customers in the process. This kind of stuff happens all the time. You will not hear about any of the above companies (Ormuco/Level-3) from SE to take the blame publicly, as this is unprofessional and would create even more issues. In other words, we more than likely will not hear from the devs on this situation specifically, and it will take awhile to solve.
