I was forced to reroll bard from monk, and its retarded how 4 button class is best dps in game in actual combat (not dummies) while having support.

Well here is the problem for your suggestion there is no support role in this game you will role as Tank, Healer or Dps so at the end of the day Bard are a Dps class with utilities strip the Dps part from bards and you wont fit.

Asking for buffs to other classes instead of nerfing one is dumb for several reasons. One, you create a whole bunch of new balance issues. Two, the game becomes much easier than it already is, and if you care about the longevity of the, you'll realize that's a bad idea as people will complete content very quickly. All BRD needs to make other classes more desirable is a decrease in damage while mobile.

No need to buff all the other classes when only one is the problem. Bard has too much utility, mobility and damage with almost zero compromises. The only thing they need to do to bard is give them cast times on a few of their skills and that would fix all the issues. Their damage is not that high as people in here have said, it's just the fact that they NEVER stop doing damage is the problem. The utility and damage or damage and mobility. Compromises need to be made and I hope that they just take some of their mobility because I like their songs.

To answer the OP's question, in a word, no.
No nerf is necessary.

When is the damage not mobile? or do you prefer BRD to stand still 4-5 seconds after he has shot his bow?
Im curious to what your determination of non-mobile damage that BRD have.
