Considering my limited photo editing skills, I am happy with how it turned out. Glad you enjoyed it!

In all honesty the 30 days you mention here are not free, they are provided when you purchase the game for its initial value. So before you go claiming that these days are free, consider we had to buy the game to earn these 30 days, and at very least they should not count down until said point in time we are able to log into the game on a regular basis. I respect Square for the efforts they are making, but when we pre-order a game for early access and are only able to play for about 30 minutes that entire time, and then when official release comes out are only able to play for 6 hours if lucky in the first 3 days, something is wrong. I paid for the game, and in turn paid for those 30 days you claim are free. I would have gladly paid the up front $15.00 to be able to play on a stable game from the get go.
Also, i make no threats of lawsuits or stupid such actions, all i would like to see, is a valid reason from SE as to why they did not prepare. The pre-orders gave a glimpse as to how many people were to be playing at release. So there should have been no reason to have pre release unplayable due to lacking server capacity. at very lease they should have prepared for the pre order capacity, and allowed atleast a 10-20% boost in capacity over that. These things in addition to a idle time kick would ease many issues and allow people the ability to play. I can say probably 25-50% of the people i've seen in cities/towns in game have not moved one bit in the entire time i was able to actually play. The easiest solution atm would be an idle time kick, to remove players who are idle for a period of time greater than 1 hour.
I WANT TO CRY. LET ME PLAY! ;C
I agree with you that the initial month is part of the game purchase and is therefore not free, and as far as I can tell from Yoshida's latest letter, exactly what you said is being taken into account and that they are looking into extending the inital "free" play period to offset the time that players are not able to play. We will probably get more info concerning this after things are in a better state.
I would be surprised if they did not make an effort to accommodate people who are frustrated here, early release woes have been known to plague games long after things have been smoothed over. GW2's early issues matched with at the time lacking end game cause many to leave that, Diablo 3 while fun and all had an end game curve that was ridiculous early on, and also plagued it. Finally after promising my wife I would play this with her after initial not having any interest, the little time i had in beta 4/pre release changed my mind, and I would really love to be able to keep that promise.
