sadly most of the large group we brought to the game are already considering to not continue on with the game due to the problem with no voice chat and all this going on :(

It's not 1999 anymore. It's almost 2014. Mainstream MMOs have been around for more that a decade and a half now. No one would accept any other piece of software that crashed 90% of the time and didn't work for weeks after release, so why does everyone just roll over and accept that an MMO is going to be unplayable for the first 2 weeks after launch?
