As for the "ignoring information" part. that wasn't in regard to the voyage system. It was more-so aimed at people doing nothing but saying "Just add more plots, lol" as a solution. Not thinking it through, not realizing the issues that mere 'solution' may bring up.

Multiple items cannot be crafted without things brought back from the workshop system. While it's something you can ultimately maybe probably live without, and you could even buy those materials (albeit at an insane markup) for those who are endgame crafters (like me!) not having access to a workshop through my FC means I can't make everything that I want to without relying on other players.
I've come to accept that they're never getting rid of the ward system, and no, just adding more wards won't help the problem (what happens if all but one house in a ward was to be demolished, for example), but there's a lot they can do to fix the issues. And SE's going to have to decide whether or not they want housing to be available to all or a few, because right now they're contradicting each other (saying they want to to be hard to get, then lowering prices, for example). -

Honestly, it seems like the demolition timer is just a small nuisance to a large scale problem. I'm not sure I'm really following for why housing HAS to be limited either. I think that's apart of the problem to begin with. While we do have apartments now and that lessens the issue, I think that if FCs or individuals wants certain things that only people with houses have that it doesn't solve things completely. I'm not really sure what to suggest that hasn't been suggested already. I just think the demo timer should go. After reading some of the posts here, with housing the way it is right now however, I can see why others would be against it.

As long as we have the wards, we need such a timer. Maybe more than 45 days, but at somepoint people who left the game for a long period of time need to lose their house. -

Only FCs can buy houses on those worlds currently. Here's a screenshot I took on Spriggan last night. The wards have been open to FC purchase for 3 weeks now, more than enough time for any interested FC to purchase a house if they desired.Quote:

If your concern is access to the workshop, then you should do what others have done - encourage SE to detach the FC workshop from housing and put the entrance in a central location, like the affiliated Grand Company headquarters just as we have our squadron barracks there. That way no FC would be forced to buy a house just for the sake of having a workshop. -
