If apartments were not limited in number I would agree with you. However, apartments are currently part of the restrictive housing system, from which I am trying to remove the gardening aspect from to make it available to all people at any time. If apartments sell out then the whole instanced gardening for apartments generates the same issue I am proposing to change.
Instanced gardening not attached to the limited resources of the housing system.
I know this, but if you read the comment from me that you quoted you will see that apartments are a limited resource that WILL sell out if they attached better gardening to that system and we will be right back at the exact same issue I am attempting to solve with instanced gardening that is not attached to the limited resource hosing system.
