Yeah, thing about Living Dead that people fail to realize though is the fact once the immunity triggers, it DID its job of not letting you die! From there, it is up to the healer to be smart and make it last longer or just top you off to near 100% where you are no longer at risk of dying! No problem here.
Comparing the two abilities individually, I do not see Living Dead as a worse version of Holmgang. I see it on equal footing. BOTH CDs require healer attention or you're dead after the last second ticks out. Neither CD is Hallowed Ground.
Looking on the whole toolkit, WAR can pump its HP back up with equilibrium, Inner Beast and ToB before Holmgang expires and be safe for a few extra seconds... Of course assuming Holmgang wasn't a last resort that was used after blowing those CDs. On the other hand, DRK cannot "save itself" or "extend" life-span after Living Dead ticks by themselves. But that's a class vs class toolkit discussion and not Living Dead vs Holmgang.
