If you and your wife both play at the same time, you need 2 copies. 1 License per player.

License is tied to your personal account, not the hardware.


What you might have heard from Playstation and PC that they need to buy twice because the Playstation PSN won't accept the PC license. Sony wants some royalty fee as well.

39.99 is also for Digital too though? Isn't 59.99 one included both ARR and Heavensward?

If we account for inflation and market changes, nearly every single one of EverQuest 1's expansions until about 2006 were as much or more than what we're paying. Most of them were $30 10+ years ago, when new games were $50.
Now, new games are $60 and the expansion is $40. Hell even EverQuest 1 and 2's new expansions are $40 and they don't even have half the content 3.0 will have. Probably combined (EQ2 is only adding 2 new overland zones to their game, and EQ1 is only adding 8 new zones period. HW is due to add about 6 new overland zones and god knows how many dungeons.)
WoW's expansions have also been consistently $40-50. I remember being really surprised at that.

Yes, showing another MMO with higher pricing doesn't justify anything but this is the standard when it comes to MMO.

GW2 coming expansion won't be free either.

/shrug He didn't say that in his first post so I didn't really know, did I? It's also the price of the 2 in 1 package so yeah.

Really though you are paying an extra £85, for an artbook and a little statue. It is far overpriced. The blu-ray only contains all the trailers, which you can watch on youtube anyway.

Those are play arts kai figures. They are taller and vastly more detailed. That is their job. They will never put one of those highly detailed figures in a CE, unless that was practically the ONLY thing in the CE.

Tomb Raider (2013) had a play arts figure in the CE and that was practically all it came with for $100. (It wasn't even close to the real quality of a real figure that was sold seperately tho.)

You must be new to the CE game, but I can tell you from experience, unless the figure is a center piece of the CE, it will be dissapointing. (Even then, most figures are dissapointing that come bundled with CEs.)

Most recently, Warlords of Draenor .. Before that, pretty much every expansion for Everquest amongst others.
