Even if it IS true (which I doubt) they clearly thought it was important/game breaking enough to fix asap. Lucky for me, I'm hitting the gym soon + a movie tonight, should be over by the time I'm done :D

I mean, I realize it must've been a serious issue for them to have to fix the game now, but such short notice is crazy!
At least a post somewhere explaining the issue they had to fix would be great. Instead of just generic maintenance.

It's called emergency maintenance because it was unexpected. It doesn't make me a white knight because I understand that things go wrong quickly and unexpectedly sometimes. It simply means that I accept that things break sometimes, and I'm glad to see they are quickly trying to fix the problem. It should be considered a good thing.

Nor does it make me a white knight because I refuse to overreact like many people here. Just because I don't vehemently complain and moan about the game does not make me a white knight. Sure, the game has flaws, but I refuse to be so single mindedly callous and rude to the developers who make this game just because of a few mistakes. The game is developed by people just like you and me, and I can complain about the game without being nasty and toxic. Just because I attempt to be a half decent person who understands that problems are complex with complex solutions that require actual work in order to be resolved does not make me a white knight. It makes me realistic. Instead the fact that you go around labeling people "white knight" says far more about you since you choose to use derogatory and prejudiced terms.

It's 12 MN here... guess I am going to bed. Oh to the guy whose FC is losing members due to maintenances. I bet they sell their houses when electricians are needed come to fix their lights and stuff.

They have put up the maint. notice like 5+ Hr before maint. i got home at 6 PM PST and they already post the miant notice on the launcher before i log onto the game.. also i remember I saw notice at 10 PM. not sure where you getting theses 15 min only notice...

I would expect them to have some kind of notice about it before the maintenance finishes, Yoshida has normally told us what the serious issues are before now (well as much as he can without having others try to exploit it.)
