40 mil for a small doesn't seem reasonable given that nobody wants smalls and there's virtually always a small free in any ward on a non-congested server. You'd turn wards into dead zones overnight.

But given how hotly contested Larges and even Mediums are...

Small: 10 mil
Medium: 40 mil
Large: 200 mil

Sounds about right, and more or less reflects the difference in floor scale.

I also think Larges should be FC only, and have a higher restriction of 10 members. This excludes single-player shell FC's, they'd need at least two other characters form other player/s involved.

I like that jump from 40m to 200m. Trying to exclude people for better odds or do you want people to funnel more into RMT? Slapping a price tag like that on something people want is just going to resort to people taking drastic measures to get it.

Also, it won't remove single player FCs as there are people who have more than one account and copy of the game. I can also just make 8 chars and scoop 2 off a friend with them never using the FC at all. Will still be a single player FC.

This is literally what these people want

Make the price tag higher
Remove multiowners from the game

So basically all that is left is a very TINY minority of players that are able to afford it, while in reality, they could simply just get a plot in goblet or empy and solve the housing "crisis", but no, it's better to complain.

I will just use this as an example, as of right now, Ragnarok which is the biggest EU world along with Cerberus has a Shiro 60 and a Goblet 35.

Shiro 60 has 40 bids, Goblet 35 has 3 bids.

And then people say there is a housing crisis, why add to the 40 bids instead of bidding on the one that has literally barely any ?

It's a self inflicted problem, stop being greedy and always wanting shirogane or mist. And this goes for EVERY world.

Balmung has a medium LB with over 40 bids, and yet there is another medium Goblet that has 2 bids on it.

I can understand people wanting specific plots but yeah....kind of is a self-inflicted problem if the need for said plot is greater than just having a house. Couldn't be me.

I started with a small that had a view I didn't hate and went for a relocation recently into something more ideal in Goblet (cause I actually enjoy Goblet lmao). My point was just to get a house and I'd upgrade over time when it was smart to do so. Been working out so far, more people should try it. If it's smart to do so when we get new wards, I'll try rolling for a large but it's not something I'm going to stress over either.

The people who own Larges already have this kind of money, and I'm not one of them, I'm happy with my small and I wouldn't even be able to afford 40m for the Medium via my suggestion anyway. I have literally priced myself out of my own suggested system, because I think it's fairer.

It baffles me how single players can buy Larges up and basically do nothing with them while actual FC's are forced into Small's, even when they have the money for a Large.

By forcing more than 8 players (should even be active players, that have been online in the past x days) that forces those who would circumvent this system to pay for two subscriptions per house instead of one. That alone is halving the problem right away.
Better yet, is they should be able to discern characters owned by a single account, so that it requires 8+ unique accounts per FC. If you have alts in an FC, it should be able to recognise that they're all the same account and only count it as 1 character.

I'm not sure why people need to be forced into an FC of a specific size to have a chance at the house that they want. It doesn't make them any more or less of a legit FC if they have 500 people or 4. Some people do not want to be in a crowd of people or want to make an FC with just their friend group. In my view, as long as the FC is being used (activating buffs, doing things to raise the rank, etc.) then the FC deserves the same shot as any other.

I can also say that larger FCs shouldn't have an issue with producing multiple bids for a large plot. If a large FC is losing a plot to a smaller one, then that comes down to them either being very lucky OR said large FC not producing enough bids to weight the odds. You're right, a large FC should be able to get a large....so pool your money with all of your members and put double digit bids on one. You'll have even better odds if you do it right away because anyone with half a brain will go look for a better option unless they can match your double digit bid.

If your members aren't willing to help pay for your large then you'll just keep losing to the FCs whose members are.

There's literally over 1000 mediums open across all of Dynamis and at least 200 larges. I just checked Paissa lol.

I really struggle to take these threads seriously when the supply is there but people act like it isn't. If you don't want to move then fair enough but stop pretending the plots just don't exist.

I checked again for larges and there are still hundreds in just Hali alone. Lmao. Jesus.

If people want to stay with their friends and not move to an underpopulated server then fair enough but again, really need to stop acting like the plots just don't exist. They exist lmao.
