they know one fight well and on one class. Several of my friends do savage and ultimate, they may be outstanding healers in Ultimate but terrible dps or vice versa. I do savage but tank is by far my weakest role and you'd probably see me running around with 4 vuln stacks, forgetting to voke when the other tank died or even accidentally pointing a tankbuster into the party because I forgot it cleaves. If I had a legend title, someone would probably tear me apart for it. I still play well on healer and a couple of dps classes.
Maybe they bought the title, maybe not. Maybe they were on a class they rarely play. The result is the same either way: they played obviously poorly but focussing on a Legend title (or a mentor crown for that matter) is silly in my opinion. I don't have higher expectations for someone that has a mentor crown, a Legend or Necromancer title. Because what they did to earn it doesn't necessarily translate to the rest of the content they're doing.
I expect basic competency from everyone in every content because leeching off others is disrespectful, especially if it's done deliberately by doing something else. I'll never defend or support that. I simply disagree with focussing on titles and icons when someone plays poorly.
