People often spend multiple on Lustrate in succession. Besides, with all the complaints about MP (which I have had no MP issues) spamming Emergency/Succor isn't the answer either - unless they reduce the Succor cost by a decent amount.

Spamming Lustrate is not something you'll do in a planned raid, unless things go terribly wrong. Even then using only one will generally give you enough leeway to recover with more appropriate resources. So forcing that playstyle is hardly a good reason.
I'll agree that MP issues are not a major deal at the moment, but again a change to Succor and Emergeny Tactics is still a better solution for the following reason: It buffs tools that are arguably weak on SCH as it currently stands. Indom requires no buffs because as far as I'm concerned, it's already a very strong ability.
A 700 potency aoe heal bomb with a roused fairy regen on top of it is very very potent aoe healing. The people having issues need to learn to not burn their aoe heals outside of moments that absolutely require them. Yes that makes the class harder to play because you have to learn when to do things. But sch aoe healing specially in the fights with the biggest most intense aoe damage has never been an issue as there is also always another regen up on the party typically from the main healer.
Like I'm not trying to be a jerk about stuff like this but stuff like that typically has a negative long term effect as they have to start designing everything around those things

They can super handle it, the scenario of talking about is that now that SCH has a hyper aoe every 15 seconds they can do burst aoe healing like the other two on demand, this would cause them to up the amount of high aoe damage in raids, which is typically only happens once a minute on average atm, because every healer can now keep up with it. This would in return cause higher mp drain on the other two classes
One other change I would like to see is a slight reduction to the Chain Strategem recast. 2 minutes seems fairly steep for something that only gives a 15% CHANCE to crit for 15 seconds.
After levelling SCH to 70....I think its healer kit is kinda weak.
The Fairy heals less than a WHM regen and faaar less than an AST regen. The issue with this is that we don't have a Cure II equivalent so it's rough when your fairy can't even help carry your slack.
Excognition is weak. And a 1 min cd for a heal slightly better than lustrate? The CD can stay but the potency needs to be higher.
Chain Strategem is fine. There may be some improvement in there but it's a nice addition.
Aetherflow reset is terrible...I have yet to see it activate. The chance is far too low and you can't rely on it at all to unlock the majority of your healing abilities.
The fairy tether is okay...it's effectively a largesse regen with a short radius. My only complaint is how long it takes to build the fairy gauge. Couldn't it be 20 per instead of 10? At most you get to use it 9 seconds every minute.
Edit: Fey Union also clashes heavily with Dissipation. You get Aetherflow for the Fairy Gauge but lose the fairy in the process.
It's already a minute shorter than battle litany so I can't seem them really cutting the cooldown shorter unless they lower the % on it.
I'd be down for a 60 second cooldown version so it can line up with Trick Attack at 10% crit, though this might be a bit much on the balance end of things.
