You know nothing about the class, please leave.
BRDs DPS is on the same level as Tanks, and WM is not a huge dps boost. It's even a loss of dps, unless you hit a dummy with 0% movement, but even then i'm not sure if it's actally a gain.

I take it you haven't read this board much? The short version: Wanderer's Minuet is parsing as a DPS loss when you factor in cast times and the loss of auto-attacks. So it is not tuned correctly, at all. To say nothing of completely changing a job's core play style after 2 years of "training" for no real reason other than to mirror that of a new (also broken) Job.
Denying us Barrage'd EA, if the casting timer is removed from EA? Why on earth would you think removing the casting timer would deny us a Barrage'd EA?
IJ: With the casting timer on IJ, and the addition of GCD afterwards, you really aren't saving anything at all, especially if you add in latency. The Casting timer + GCD ends up being ~ the same if you just use the two abilities (VB+WB) with WM turned off. The benefit of my suggestions means when you have WM turned on, IJ is an actual net gain in GCD usage.
RoD shared casting timer: The point is also very simple: It allows the "archer-ish" mobility we are used to without WM (helping our mobility), and still fits with the theme of "Bard-mage" EA seems to want us to be under WM.
Because the easiest way to deal with cast time is making EA an ability.
Huh. By making even more off-GCD abilities, you don't mitigate the problem. You make it even more of a problem with the need to juggle Blunt Arrow, BL and Repelling Shot. I have 200 latency, and I do save time with IJ.Quote:

Have to agree to disagree. A pacification bug aside, it's a huge damage boost in both stances to get an AoE procs every other GCD.Quote:

That's just based on server ticks.
Also Skillspeed was never made to give more dot ticks, it was made to increase dot damage in 3.0 so it would be pretty weird if it suddenly gave more ticks.
(Server ticks are also the reason why we bards never let our dots fall off)
ah thx pana for the update didnt rly know that happens from the server side...
well then back to the elephant in the room, makes one wonder who desinged the bard for heavensward to make such mistakes well another hotfix is incoming. ill try testing speed thing today once the server get back in action maybe its already fixed.
