I know a lot of people are sick of class stacking, I don't mind as much. But I'm thinking with tail and multi head there could be multi incaps that would utilize different classes/jobs. Well see.
Exactly. Enemies inside instances should never reset (unless you wipe). If you aggro them, they should hunt you down until you kill them. Or you suck it up and die. This would remove the ability for players to run through and skip the trash.
SE needs to take the leash off inside instanced dungeons. This is how it works in WoW and various other MMOs.
I'm not disputing that at all. All I'm saying is that other games do some things a certain way because time and testing has proven they work.
I would much rather enemies in instances don't reset because it makes for a more challenging experience. Not just because that's the way other games do it.
A wise man once said being unique for the sake of uniqueness alone isn't always a good thing. ;)
I'd much rather they didn't reset at all, but after all people bitched about dying so much and SE listened >.> I wish people weren't so afraid of any kind of challenge in MMOs these days that didn't deal with boring PvP (pretty much all you have to do after you faceroll dungeons.)
We're pretty much on the same page, there. I think people should be held accountable for their actions in instances. It's why they're instanced. It's a closed environment where the rules are different and you have to step up your game. And if you aggro something you're not supposed to, you rise to the occasion or you fail. You shouldn't be able to run for your life.
Unfortunately, they need to make enemies reset in open world or else you run into MPKing or people kiting world bosses into cities (ie Lord Kazzak rampages through Stormwind and server resets ensue).
