The description of Coils Turn 3 even says we're on a starship. The Late Allagan outfits are SUPER sci-fi with LED lights, futuristic armor plating, skintight spandex, and one has a headset microphone.
If it's the aesthetic of Solution Nine you have a problem with, them being completely alien to anything we've ever seen and not fitting in is the whole point. They're an advanced civilization from another world that teleported in and they don't belong. They're supposed to not fit in. Unless something really wacky happens, this is the only place in the entire game we'll see this aesthetic. Just like how the Tempest is the only place in the game straight out of 1930's New York covered in art deco. That is also another part of the game whose design clashes with absolutely every single other part of the game.
If your problem is people wearing outfits from that part of the game, then deal with it. The game has had bikini tanks since the very beginning. Not liking the aesthetic of other people's glams has been a thing since glamour prisms existed.
